Bring back the preview on specific URL feature

I want to be able to preview my designs on specific URLs to make sure my design isn't covering up webpage content. The blank white screen gives me no context to the designs size in reference to the elements on the page it will actually fire on.

I want an option to be able to preview my pop-up design on a website URL like we had in v3. Right now the whited out preview background makes the context hard to see size-wise. Just a toggle on the preview link where you have the device choices to see on a specified url would be great.
