Create a grouped experience for combining Desktop and Mobile exit intent rules

The reason for this would be to avoid having to make a separate branch for both Mobile and desktop exit intent. If we could have one branch that could apply all exit rules for both visitor types, excluding the idle timer for desktop it would clean up/simplify the workflow experience a lot.
