Currently, published designs only display the last publish time, making it difficult to track changes. It would be helpful to allow users to name versions and possibly add descriptions to summarize what was revised since the last publish.

We had this feature in our legacy platform and it was never used, every single person would use the skip button, I remember doing an audit and it was 1 out of 1000 published promos were given a name. So essentially we added a modal and extra step for 999 out of 1000 publishing events that was useless and distrupting.
