Feature Requests

As of right now, the only user that gets access to an enterprise hub is the main admin of the account. When admins are added to an account, they cannot get access to the enterprise hub. This is severely limiting in the case where someone does not have access to that main admin account and they need to add accounts.

Caleb, Derek, and Robbie talked through this in depth August 29th. We want to Make it easy for merchants to add their agencies or technology partner account managers/employees to get access to their account. We also want to make it so when an agency or tech partner is given this access they can easily set team member permissions for each of these accounts and what they get access to. It makes it much more scalable and easier for agencies to be able to operate in these accounts. On the backend, we want to make sure the merchant can also remove permissions if they leave a specific agency or tech partner that was managing their account!

It would be great to somehow communicate to partners that they must be added as a collaborator and they shouldn't make the site on-behalf of their clients using that module on the left. This is currently only communicated as part of our automated onboarding within .com/partner-portal but we'll try to educate further for the time being.
